Frauda legala pusa la cale de guvernul romaniei si Bechtel

Oare ce l-a apucat pe dl. Berceanu sa ne elucideze in sfarsit problema tzepei cu Bechtel-ul ""Radu Berceanu, citat de Agerpres. "La vremea la care a fost semnat (anul 2003, n.red.), contractul cu Bechtel era un fel de cerinţă pentru ca România să intre în NATO".
Cum ar veni americanii au avut ei nevoie de niste bani FARA DOBANDA, vreo 2.4 miliarde de euro mai precis. N-au facut nicio scofala cu autostrada, n-au platit penalizari, nimic. Pei de ce nu ne da statul roman si noua, asa fara vreo dobanda, vreo 2 miliarde de euro?
Putem specula, daca nu cumva ei au dat altor fraieri, sau poate chiar noua acei bani drept imprumut cu dobanda colosala! :)) doar n-au fost fraieri sa stea cu banii in pusculita si sa isi frece manutele nervosi din cauza "pachetelului de problemute" care nu le permitea sa construiasca frumoasele autostrazi in Romania?
Cine sunt imbecilii astia care ne conduc, pana la urma?
Ce studii au ei, ce note au obtinut la scoala, ce genii de intreprinzatori zac in creierul lor cat o nuca de au reusit afaceri de sute de milioane euro?
Deci ca sa intram in Nato ne-a costat cel putin atat..cum ar veni Nato e un fel de recuperator de Mall sau Europa Colentina care iti cere o taxa sa te protejeze de el insusi, in cazul in care nu cotizezi.

Bechtel and Romanian governement, bunch of imposteres

There is a well known shitty american company, called Bechtel, that simply received 2.4 billion Euro from Romanian government to build some freeway, but they did nothing for almost 4-5 years.

This means that this contract was an imposture and Bechtel just borrowed or simply stole this amount of money without any interest, without paying any penalty and now they pretend to built some meters of freeway.

They found all kind of excuses for not starting the job they WERE PAID by the Romanians to do. Maybe some of their reasons were true and this would mean that the Romanian government is a bunch of imbeciles or a bunch of thieves that gaines a percetage from the income Becthtel gained using those money for several years, without any penalty nor interest.

I don't expect Bechtel to be that stupid and have kept those 2.4 billions in their piggy bank without gaining anything maybe from investing them, maybe from borrowing them to others with an interest rate, maybe they borrowed even to Romania. :))
